Built and led a team of six across L&D, payroll (400+ people), talent acquisition, and employee experience for one of Nepal's top conglomerates. Appointed as compensation committee member for Sastodeal — Nepal's leading e-commerce platform. Developed a full OKR-based Performance Management System, evaluated and implemented NEO-HRIS, authored the Employee Service Rules (ESR) handbook, and sat on the core four-member leadership development & change management committee.
Built entire HR infrastructure for an infant-stage manufacturing company. Led a team of 7 across HR operations, sourcing, admin, and factory supervision. Secured government operational permits through Home Ministry and DoBIA coordination during Covid-19, managed a compassionate downsizing process, and architected the remote work policy and insurance coverage framework.
Recruited 45+ mid and senior-level sales staff across Nepal. Designed a Learning Management System for customer-facing staff — crash courses, self-paced reading, video lectures — built from scratch to deploy nationwide.
Global role as the organization scaled from hundreds to thousands of contractors. Led Freshdesk implementation for global ticket resolution across 4 countries, built KPIs and SLAs, drove monthly culture goals through NPS feedback loops, and co-built automation systems with the product team. Global award winner — "We Practice Humble Courage" principle.
